Clockwork, hand painted, Gauge 1, rare pair of trams mimicking the London Subway, Marklin used beautifully painted gauge 2 coach bodies on unique gauge 1 trucks to create these oversized cars, each end of the cars have small knobs near roof that slide the doors open to let commuters board, powered tram has large clockwork mechanism horizontally mounted underneath, system of brass gears run to the powered truck where a spider gear contacts a gear that simultaneously turns both axles on the truck. Each 15" length. Missing two couplers & one coupler end, tops of roofs appear to be over-painted, overall (Very Good to Excellent Condition)
