The listings are arranged generally alphabetically by subject, e.g. Lodgings, Lumber, Machinery, Mattresses, etc., but some portions are dedicated to specific outposts, such as Fort Stevens, Oregon, and Camp at Skagway, Alaska - this latter logs letters relating to stabling of mules, delivery of coal, veterinary supplies, cesspools. etc. The pages of the first half, A through K, have been torn out and are not present.
