(14x8½"). Abstract of title tracing the ownership of land in the Rancho Cucamonga grant from 1839 to 1874, compiled by Tallis and Fleming, Searchers of Record. The first page bears the introductory statement: Rancho Cocomunga [sic] 3 spare leagues in San Bernardino County Cal. Claim filed October 3, 1852, Rejected by the Commission, October of 1854. Confirmed by the District Court of U.S. for Southern District of California, December 1856. Granted by Juan B. Alvarado to Tiburcio Tapia, 16 April, 1839. Claim filed by Leon Victor Prudhomme, administrator." Lot Amendments Condition: Some wear, one leaf with lower 1½" torn off; overall very good. Item number: 232036
