FIRST EDITION OF MAN RAY'S FIRST MONOGRAPH, PRESENTATION COPY INSCRIBED BY MAN RAY TO ARNOLD NEWMAN A very good copy of this fragile book, COMPLETE WITH THE BELLYBAND; this one, as most, with the cancel title bearing the fictitious statement of "second edition" -- the publisher "attempted to generate demand where none existed by suggesting the edition had sold out... copies with the original title page are exceedingly rare" ( 101 Books , pp. 80-81).
