maker's mark 'W.S', Dusseldorf, circa 1760, The shaped-oval bowl of lobed form with scalloped rim, pierced cherub embellished leaf scroll handles, length 24cm, a pair of George II silver salts, by Edward Wood, London 1729, circular cauldron form, the bodies chased with panels of floral bouquets between foliate scrolls, raised on three stepped hoof feet, with blue glass liners, diameter 7cm, together with a quantity of British and European silver including: a French silver serving dish, by D. Mousset, 1st standard, post-1838, shaped-circular form with reeded rim, initialled, diameter 30cm, an early 20th century German silver dish, stamped '800' with crown and crescent, the quatrefoil body ornately pierced and embossed with panels of village scenes between ribboned husks and bouquets, length 27cm, an early 20th American silver '5 pint pitcher, by Gorham, Rhode Island 1927, typical form with scroll handle, initialled, height 21cm, a pair of ornate continental sugar tongs, apparently unmarked, an unusual 'throne' pincushion, by Levi & Salaman, London 1897, in the Gothic style with red velvet seat, height 5cm, a miniature silver wager cup and corner chair, probably German, stamped '935' and '800' respectively, a Victorian silver pedestal two-handled dish, by George Adams, London 1890 and a cased set of six coffee spoons, Birmingham 1932, weight total 70oz.
