The word “Amsterdam” on the title page of the Machzor is raised. “And we have made sure to print the Vidui [confession] of Yom Kippur in its proper version… which has not been properly printed anywhere including Amsterdam”. Early edition of a Machzor in the unique version of the Frankfurt congregation. 87, 86-99, 80-177, 175-179, 90-156, 156-211 leaves, 14cm. Good condition. Stains. Restored tears on first leaves.
