(A) The SA Brown Shirt is made of a khaki colored cotton twill with no visible damage or staining. Four silver closure buttons are attached to the front of the tunic by means of removable clips. All buttons show signs of light wear. Two silver pocket buttons, and two silver wrist buttons are attached to the tunic with the same removable clips as the front closure buttons, again showing signs of light wear. The front pocket of the shirt has one set of award loops. The collars interior is stamped 38/48 in black ink. A faded RZM SA Tag is still originally sewn to the lower interior of the tunic. CONDITION: Excellent Plus. (B) The Red Cross Tunic is made of fine gabardine wool dyed darker grey-blue. The tunic's exterior shows light wear and a few moth nips. Four silver front closure buttons, and four silver pocket buttons adorn the front of the tunic and are matching. Two original German Red Cross collar tabs are attached to the collar os the tunic, and appear to be originally sewn. The two sew-in style shoulder boards also appear to be originally attached to the tunic. An original German Red Cross Armband is attached to the left sleeve of the tunic, but can not be decisively determined to be originally tacked in place. The interior of the tunic shows very light wear. No stampings can be seen. The belt adjustment holes have been sewn closed with modern fishing line. CONDITION: Overall Very Good. D.W.
