The polychrome painted scene depicts an upraised fist which emits bolt of electricity and I.B.E.W on cuff, and flanked by British and American flags on either side. Gilt name C. Fineberry. Condition: 1st with foot and rim gilt wear and abrasions under foot, 2nd with only slight perimeter gilt wear, 3rd mug with light repairs to foot, as well as a hairline repair in handle.
