Lot of 5 figural union cases, consisting of 1 double sixth plate case, 3 double ninth plate cases, and 1 double sixteenth plate case. Case designs include Mother Embracing Child 2 [Berg 1-14], A Family Party [1-49], and Children Playing with Toys (2 cases) [1-48], with the same "Rare" design executed in the double sixteenth plate size [1-165]. Cases contain two sixth plate tintypes, six ninth plate ambrotypes, two ninth plate daguerreotypes, and two sixteenth plate tintypes of men, women, and children, highlighted by the pair of daguerreotypes showing young children with serious facial expressions [1-48].
