LOT OF 6: THIRD REICH DAGGERS, DRESS BAYONETS, AND KNIVES.

Lot consists of: (A) Third Reich NSFK - DLV dagger, (B) Early SA dagger, (C) German World War II fighting knife, (D) Fighting knife with Czech blade, and (E) (F) Third Reich dress bayonets. (A) NSFK - DLV dagger with a "SMF. Solingen" marked 7" blade with light runner and scattered marks. This dagger has certainly been modified with the stag grip/ pommel replacing the standard issues components, and the pebbled brown leather on the scabbard. Scabbard fittings have been removed as the mounting screws exhibit wear associated with removing them. May have been a US veteran modification. Blade has a couple of tiny dings on one edge. German silver cross guard and stag grip with light wear. Swastikas retain all their enamel. Pebbled brown leather covered steel scabbard is excellent, and nickel plated steel fittings are 85% with numerous dents on lower piece. Hanger is attached. CONDITION: Excellent. (B) SA dagger with an illegible postwar maker marked blade (but made in Solingen) with "GERMANY" stamped near the cross guard. Blade has been polished and cleaned with light freckling over 50% of its surface. The SA motto of "Alles fur Deutschland" is present on the blade. Solid nickel fittings have a uniform nice age patina, and the rosewood grip is in excellent condition. SA emblem with a chip, and eagle are original to the grip and in very good condition. Dagger does not fit properly in the scabbard. Scabbard retains approximately 35-40% of its original anodized brown finish, with freckling in the remaining areas. Nickel plated brass fittings have a moderate age patina throughout, with scattered marks. CONDITION: Overall good to very good condition. (C) Wehrmacht fighting knife with a unmarked blade exhibiting scattered marks and signs of moderate sharpening, with light freckling. Wooden handle is intact with stains. Correct black painted scabbard retains approximately 70% of its finish, with scattered marks and freckling. Spring clip is present.CONDITION: Very good. (D) Dress bayonet with a "LE" marked blade with light runner and scattered marks in excellent condition. Grips are excellent, and nickel plated fittings have light freckling throughout. Scabbard retains 95+% of its original black painted finish. Correct black leather dress frog is attached. CONDITION: Excellent plus. (E) Dress bayonet with a "WKC" marked blade with light runner and scattered marks in excellent plus condition. Grips are excellent, and nickel plated fittings have light freckling throughout. Scabbard retains 80-85% of its original black painted finish. Correct black leather dress frog is attached in very good condition. CONDITION: Excellent. (F) Unknown type of fighting knife with a Czech blade marked "CSZ" in excellent condition. Black plastic grips with bronze spacers.
