Lot consists of: (A) Late 1940s US Navy contract AN-J-2 summer flight jacket. The jacket retains its original spec tag and is marked as a size 42 on the inside of the collar. All of the original plastic buttons are present. The original talon zipper is functioning. The jacket is very clean only exhibiting slight blemishes. CONDITION: Very good. (B) WWII USN/USMC M-450 flight helmet with dark leather earcups and leather chinstrap. The leather earcups remain supple but are slightly misshaped. The chinstrap is also supple but exhibits some cracking. The interior earpads are complete and remain soft. The cloth helmet remains clean exhibiting only a few blemishes. CONDITION: Very good. (C) USN Type N-3 green HBT cap. The hat is marked on the interior "CONT. NXSX 934" and is stamped as a size 7 - 3/8" as well as "USN". The hat retains its shape and the brim has not been folded. Little to no blemishes. CONDITION: Excellent. (D) High condition pair of Type B3-A brown leather gloves made by "Steinberg Brothers Inc". The gloves retain the original spec stamp on the interior wrist and are marked as a size 6 - 1/2". The gloves remain supple with slight cracks in the leather. CONDITION: Excellent. (E) High condition pair of Type B3-A yellow leather gloves made by "Steinberg Brothers Inc". The gloves retain the original spec stamp on the interior wrist and are marked as a size 6 - 1/2".
