Scabbard is original and shows some leather flaking near the tip, and retains brass tip. Post-Civil War Collins maker mark on blade. (B) M1904 Hospital Corps knife and scabbard. Blade shows very crisp acid etched "HOSPITAL CORPS U.S. ARMY" panel. Handle is tight and intact. (C) Three Springfield trowel knives, each with scabbard variation.
