Lot consists of: (A) Unmarked California style hunting knife with tapered full tang, ivory scales with nickel silver pins and washers. Upswept blade with clip point. Sheath a period replacement. c. second half of 19th century. CONDITION: Blade shows wear and scattered pits. Handle stained and with scattered age cracks. 5" blade, 9-3/8" overall. (B) Unmarked California style hunting knife, hand forged from a file, with tapered full tang construction. Handle scales of bone or elk antler with the texture removed, attached with copper pins. c. second half of 19th century. CONDITION: Blade darkened, with wear and overall salt & pepper pitting, the handle with a couple of age cracks. 4-1/2" blade, 8-3/8" overall. (C) Brass cribbage board marked WILL & FINCK S.F. CAL. with curlicues on the lower line. c. 1860s-1890s. CONDITION: legs with some damage, else OK.
