Lot consist of 2 wooden 19th century canteens. First, canteen of oval shape measuring 6.5" by 6". Both ends with metal riveted bands with 2 clasp connected to metal chain for storage and handling. Top with 2 finger loops and opening for water. Second, canteen is a wooden drum canteen secured by 2 metal riveted bands. Canteen measures 10.5" by 10". Metal carrying handle connected to both sides of canteen. Condition: Both canteens are in good condition. Wood displays scratches, nicks and dings that are consistent with storage and use.
