Loose, natural, unheated, cushion cut ruby weighing 1.40 ct. Accompanied by report no. 246459/20040999 dated 29th October 2018 from the AnchorCert Gem Lab, Birmingham stating that the stone is a natural corundum ruby and that there is no evidence of treatment. The stone was orignally acquired by the vendor's great uncle who was the captain of a ship plying the waters of the Irrawaddy River in late nineteenth century Burma.
