Pre-war. Includes original 234E set box and all individual boxes. Set includes a black 259E locomotive with nickel trim, 262T black tender with nickel and brass trim, 600 pullman car in gray and red, 601 observation car in gray and red, and a 602 Lionel Lines baggage car in gray and red. Set box is in excellent condition. Individual boxes are tattered and missing end flaps but in fair to good condition. Locomotive and tender are in near mint condition and free of blemishes with a nice, bright, glossy patina. Passenger cars are in near mint condition with no blemishes and nice bright lettering.
