Nice tin-litho toy, marked "King Features Syndicate" on back of Popeye figure. Looks to be original pipe and netting, has nice depiction of Wimpy and Olive Oyl trying to block the basketball as it goes up and down. CONDITION: Some wear to original color ball on bottom where it hits Popeye's hands and some litho loss where his hands go up and down against his body. Toy works well, but has some issues with the tabs holding together Popeye figure, with one tab cover missing. Overall very good to excellent condition. Condition: (Very Good - Excellent).
