Wilenski (one to 'Marjorie'), London, 28 June 1925 - 15 November 1926, one including 3 apparently autograph caricatures, asking Wilenski to contribute an article on de Chirico, and for a reference so that he can move lodgings, and remarking on his eradication of his Christian name 'I am not P. so-and-so; that P. I have no intention of reviving', approximately 5 pages, 4to , together with a retained copy of a reply by Wilenski; autograph letter signed ('Wyndham Lewis') to R.A. Scott-James- Paris, n.d. [postmarked 5 July ?1914], proposing to 'fill your mind with disagreeable interrogation marks', on a letter-card; autograph manuscript 'biographical note', n.d. [c.1948], insisting on the influence of his 'experiences in America', half page, 4to ; and two autograph manuscript articles, n.d., the first, 'Education versus Creation', a critique of a society geared to the consumption and not the production of culture, 7½ pages, 4to , the second, untitled, offering a definition of art as a mirror of the self, 9½ pages, 4to ; with two other letters.
