(First half of vol. 1 with gnawing to upper fore-corner, some pale dampstaining, occasional spotting and browning.) Contemporary tree calf (very skillfully rebacked to match). Provenance : W.W. Castle (pencil signature on title); ink marginalia on title and one text leaf.
