The Gaon Rabbi Menachem Mendel Zak (1871-1943), Rabbi in Kandau, Mithau and Riga, served as Chief Rabbi of Latvia. Before his passing, the "Or Same'ach" entrusted his monumental work "Meshech Hochma" on the Torah to Rabbi Zak and Rabbi Zak published it. 27.5 cm. Good condition
