Titled and signed by the artist in pencil in lower margin. Matted and framed. From the American painter and print maker Benson Bond Moore (1882-1974). He was popular for his oil paintings of scenic views, but was also very accomplished at capturing the wild life that inhabited it, focusing in this instance on a solitary leopard on a rock face. Some of his works are in the permanent collection of the Library of Congress. Lot Amendments Condition: Not inspected outside of frame; appears to be pasted to backing on verso in a few spots; else near fine. Item number: 210292
