Cette description du Paris coquin de la Belle Époque est l’œuvre d’Eugène Rodrigues-Henriques (1853-1928), alias Érastène Ramiro. Avocat, collectionneur et bibliophile, bibliographe de Félicien Rops et de Louis Legrand Rodrigues-Henriques fut notamment le fondateur de L’Estampe nouvelle et le président de la Société des Cent Bibliophiles.
Exemplaire enrichi d’une suite en noir des eaux-fortes et de deux dessins originaux de Legrand :- [Femme dans un lit]. Fusain, signé au crayon bleu (sur feuillet de papier vergé, 260 x 190 mm), correspondant à la vignette de la page de dédicace.- [Fillette devant un miroir].
