Fine contemporary full leather richly gilt, spine finely decorated, text clean, lower edge of spine chipped, otherwise a fine copy. Lechevalier travelled in Greece in 178586. Although a part of his journey had been published in 1791 and republished in 1798, the complete version of his travels was published only with the third edition of 1802.
