An unusual gold and enamel openface cylinder pocketwatch with visible balance Signed Lebet & Fils, No. 1459, mid 19th Century The frosted gilt bar movement with inverted cylinder escapement jewelled to the third, the white enamel dial with eccentric chapter ring, Turkish numerals, blued steel moon hands, visible five-armed monometallic balance, in chased and engraved openface gold case with polychrome floral decoration to the back cover, hinged cuvette, case signed and numbered 46 mm. diam.
