Nineteenth-century vellum, earlier morocco lettering piece laid down on spine, large repairs to the first 2 leaves with considerable loss to text, supplied in ink facsimile, repair to 3rd leaf with loss to a few letters, a few other marginal repairs, a few tiny wormholes to last few leaves with insignificant text loss, occasional foxing, some marginal soiling and dampstaining .
