(11 1/4 x 7 7/8in.). 212 leaves (of 214, without the first and last blanks), with signatures. Types: 2:112R; 112Gkb. 38 lines. Spaces for initial capitals, a few supplied in ink. Nineteenth-century vellum, earlier morocco lettering piece laid down on spine, large repairs to the first 2 leaves with considerable loss to text, supplied in ink facsimile, repair to 3rd leaf with loss to a few letters, a few other marginal repairs, a few tiny wormholes to last few leaves with insignificant text loss, occasional foxing, some marginal soiling and dampstaining .
