He moved to Eretz Israel in 1936 and became the “HaBima” theater’s photographer. Opened the “Photo-Temuna” studio with Moshe (Max) Rosenthal. He stopped taking photographs after the establishment of the State of Israel due to an allergy he developed to the chemicals used in photography labs.
