Kitzur Shulhan Aruch by Rabbi Shlomo Ganzfried. Warsaw, 1874. Long list of owners on title-page, including ink-stamp "Eliezer Zeev Merilus son of Rabbi Y.A. Rabbi of Butashtash –Romaniz" with his signature. Rabbi Eliezer Zeev Merilus the Rebbe of Butashtash (1853-1946) was the son of Rabbi Yosef Aharon of Dorohoi. He was a close disciple of Rabbi Chaim of Sanz and traveled to him 16 times. He served in the rabbinate of Pashtzlov on the Visella. In 1913 he succeeded his father as Rabbi and Rebbe of Butashtash.
