Provenance: Gifted to the vendor's partner who was working as Security at the party (see Note below) Auctioneers Note: These plates were gifts to guests at the famous 29th birthday party of Princess Gloria von Thurn und Taxis. The party took place at Regensburg Palace and these were specially commissioned from Keith Haring a friend of the Princess. Haring also designed the party invitations, a picture disk vinyl and sleeve of the song on the vinyl, which was performed by Princess Gloria herself (see collection Museum of Modern Art, NY, inv.nr.854.2013.130).
