Beschreibung:

KAWASAKI H1R 500 In the 1970s, performance levels in the world of motorcycle racing were boosted by the arrival of the two-stroke engine. The Japanese manufacturers were among the first to use this solution. Kawasaki introduced its Mach series of three-cylinder frontemarcia engines. These high-speed engines with a distinctive whistling sound were offered with different capacities: 250, 500 and 750 cc. The 500 cc Mach 3 became one of the most famous and sought-after bikes of the time. It evolved into the H1R racing version, intended for private racers, which was marketed in the United States to begin with, and then in Europe. The H1Rs were proved highly amenable to careful adjustments that made them truly competitive even against the motorcycles of the official teams. The one offered for sale is a 1970 sample, expertly restored with original components of the time. It is listed in the IMF Historical Register (entry No. 13884). An excellent opportunity to buy one of the bikes that made the glorious fame of Kawasaky in the racing history
