Red fleur-de-lis to first title-page, the second printed in black and red within a decorative woodcut frame, extensive annotations in early hands. (Occasional soiling and edgewear, the Catullus lightly dampstained.) binding: Contemporary English calf over pasteboards (170 x 101 mm) signed "G.G." (Garrett Godfrey, active 1513-1539), a "normal" binding by the Cambridge stationer; Godfrey's roll (Oldham HE b(2) 747) forming vertical and horizontal sides of a frame, center panel filled by diaper stamp (Oldham D1 (a) 593), traces of two pairs of ties, two leaves from a Flemish(?) Book of Hours used as pastedowns. Housed in a brown cloth clamshell case.
