Left side of receiver marked "IVER JOHNSON'S/ARMS & CYCLE WORKS/FITCHBURG, MASS USA/CHAMPION". Serial number marked on lower tang. Provenance: Collection of the late Art Gerber Condition: Fair. Cleaned finish has come darkening to a dull pewter patina. Stock has blemishes consistent with age and use but not major cracks. Bore good.
