Ink and wash on laid paper, sheet size 13 3/4 x 8 9/16 in. (34.9 x 21.7 cm), framed. Condition: Creasing, staining, foxing, toning, tack holes center top and bottom. N.B. This depiction of Moses relates to Parmigianino's frescos in the church of Santa Maria della Steccata in Parma. The image was also published in Schola Italica Picturæ from an engraving of the subject by Domenico Cunego (Italian, 1727-1794).
