A cast lead plaque depicting an arch with coiled serpents above; within the top of the arch Apollo in his horse-drawn chariot; below, two horsemen approaching a standing figure with an armed warrior to the left and female to the right; below, a group of three at a table with two figures and a tree to the left, a pair of figures with clasped hands to the right; below, a central pot with serpent, rabbit, fish and bird flanking; supplied with custom-made stand. Lead, 90 grams, 74 mm. Fine condition. Provenance Ex O'Donavan collection, Nottinghamshire; acquired in the 1970's-1980's.
