Music: Zvi Ben-Yosef and Mordechai Zeira. Actors: Hanna Maron (Meirchek), Yossi Yadin (Sukenik), and others. On the lower part of the poster appears an inscription: "in agreement with the military authorities who gave permission to the National Committee for the Jewish Soldier to hold a special performance of the band for civilians. Entrance with invitations only". "The Palestinians" acted under ENSA (the Entertainments National Service Association), founded by the British Government to supply entertainment to British Soldiers during WW II. The founder and artistic manager was the actor and director Eliyahu Goldenberg [Father of Dudu Topaz], and it consisted of soldiers who volunteered to the Eretz Israeli units in the British Army. Among them: Hanna Maron, Yossi Yadin, Lea Sitin, Yitzchak Yitzchak, Shlomo Drori, and others. Ca.56X42 cm. Good condition. Stains, folding marks and minor tears.
