INDUS VALLEY MEHRGARH BICHROME CERAMIC STORAGE JAR WITH BULLS AND BEASTS 3300-1700 BC A squat terracotta vessel with deep shoulder and raised rim; to the body, a black painted frieze of advancing bulls, each with a delta symbol between the horns; to the shoulder, opposed pairs of crouching felines. 414 grams, 13cm (5"). Very fine condition. [No Reserve] Provenance From an important London collection of Bronze Age pottery; formed 1970s-1980. Literature See Satyawadi, S.
