This Vostre edition, like other editions from the period, incorporates typographic material of diverse origins and different dates: it reuses 3 large cuts from the old Pigouchet suite and some of his borders, with material from Vérard and newer decorations from Kerver. The influence of new Renaissance styles from southern Germany by way of Strasbourg and Basel is apparent in many of the cuts, one of which (Saint Catherine) is signed with an unidentified monogram.
