Good general condition. Very rare Nazi propaganda poster: shoulder-length depiction of a German sailor playing a military trumpet with a Nazi banner hanging from it, set against a blue sky. The German Naval ensign, a banner with the heraldic Lion of Flanders, and the flags of Finland, Norway, Italy, France and Netherlands are raised behind him. Exceptional copy with part of the Lion of Flanders unstuck revealing the three-coloured Belgian flag hidden underneath. This rare state is visible only on the "Geschiedenis van de Vlaamse collboratie" site. The Imperial War Museum preserves a copy with the Lion (stuck as in our copy?).
