Published for the first time by Antonio Zatta in 1756, "The Treaty of the Hebrew language and its allies" is the first chapter, the twelve planned, a large glossology that the author was completing, set to "soon be shown whether a new natural history of Genti "through the different languages spoken by the peoples of the Earth. At the treaty was followed, the lesson of 1744, under the title "A Brief Defense of Chapter II of S. Matteo against an English anonymous". Despite the writing on Semitic languages met some success, especially the enthusiastic praise (albeit late) by G. Baretti in literary Whip, F. never published the rest of glossology.
