Harpokrates. Römisch, 1. Jh. v. - 1. Jh. n. Chr. H ohne und mit Basis 10,4 und 13,6cm. Vollguss mit Kaltarbeit. Der kindliche Horus mit Pschentkrone und Füllhorn sowie Schweigegestus. In synkretistischer Weise ist er zudem um die Eros-Attribute Köcher und Flügel bereichert. Wunderschöner Stil! Provenienz: Aus der Münchner Privatsammlung P. D., seit 1990 bis 2005. Dark green patina, missing parts at wings, cornucopiae and left lower arm are retouched, tips of the left foot broken. Mounted on a black marble base. Beautiful style!
