Contemporary maroon polished half calf gilt by Morrell, the spines gilt in 6 compartments divided by raised bands, titled in 2 compartments, the others decorated with central gilt lozenges of arabesques surrounded by frames of arabesques and fillets, top edges gilt, others trimmed (most spines lightly faded, extremities of some volumes lightly rubbed).
