Author: Place: Montpelier, Vt. Publisher: Union Card Co., printers Date: [1880?] Description: Broadside printed in wooden type, with a wood engraving of a horse at center. 61x46 cm (24x18"). Rare advertising broadside for the liniment "Prepared by Kimball Bros. & Co., sole props., Enosburg Falls, Vermont." Description of the medicine and its many uses - its not just for horses. OCLC lists three examples, in two records. The record for examples at the Library Company of Philadelphia and the University of Virginia gives the date as 1880; the record for the copy at the University of Vermont gives 1898 as the date. Lot Amendments Condition: Some marginal chips, old folds, very good. Item number: 343991a
