Descended from the Admors of Apta, son of Rabbi Yitzchak Meir Heshel of Kopyczynce, took over from his father as Admor from 1936. Fled from Vienna in 1939 to New York where he founded his Batei Midrash. Buried in Tiberias near the grave of his uncle, Rabbi Israel of Husyatin. Approx. 30 cm aerogram. Good condition, wrinkles and filing holes.
