Große bemalte Fußschale. Moche, mittlere Phase, ca. 200 - 500 n. Chr. H 17cm, ø 28,5cm. Ton mit Bemalung in tiefem Orange, Braun, Beige und Schwarz. Weit nach oben ausladende Fußschale, am inneren Rand fein bemalt mit einer Darstellung von Fischen und Wasserpflanzen, dazwischen drei plastisch modellierte kleine Frösche. Der Fuß ist außen mit einem "laufenden Hund"-Motiv in Creme bemalt. Mit TL-Analyse vom 31. August 1992! Provenienz: Ex Sammlung Dr. Günter Wiedner, Bayern, 1980er Jahre bis 2015. Large painted Mochica bowl. A flaring conical vessel with pedestal foot, painted in cream and reddish brown. The scene on the sweeping rim is composed of different fishes and water plants in precise brushwork as well as three tiny applicated frogs between. Middle Period, ca. 200 - 500 AD.
