TWO GIANTS OF THE BAUHAUS MOVEMENT LOOK FORWARD TO THEIR FIRST MEETING. "Dear Mr Corbusier: Many thanks for your friendly letter of 27 September 1935. I will be returning your manuscript in regard to the flat roof. Right now an examination ( enquete ) of all my work is being published in the largest architectural magazine, Die Bauwelt , Berlin. Within that group they will also be publishing your paper, which I have sent to them. I will be sending you your complimentary copy shortly after publication. I still hope that I'll manage to come to Paris this winter and will let you know in due time. Hopefully we will manage to finally meet."
