Bound in full brown calf, spine with raised bands in five compartments, second with brown morocco label lettered in gilt, fourth with gilt lettering, others with gilt sporting tools, boards with central gilt stamp of woman with rooster, and with double gilt rules and tooled blind, board edges tooled in gilt, inside dentelles with gilt rules, marbled edges, marbled endpapers; rebacked but with the original spine preserved, some rubbing at extremities, upper corner of rear board bumped.
