[Not in Abbey; Lowndes II, 894] Provenance: authors' wife (inscription on title, letter to the author bound in at back); Alice Blakely (author's daughter; autograph letter mounted on front pastedown); General Adair (gift from Alice Blakely; letters on front endpapers)
