Engraved architectural title, 2791 woodcut illustrations [Cleveland Collections count], woodcut head- and tail-pieces, ornaments and initials. (Some light browning and dampstaining, leaves [para mark para mark], Rrrr2-5, Bbbbb3-4 and Zzzzzz6 loose with frayed edges, Zzzzz1 and Rrrrrr5 with marginal chips just touching a few letters, a couple of other leaves with marginal chips.) Contemporary calf (worn backstrip missing).
