Two nice original official mono photographs of each of the teams taken for the match played at Lord's, 25th-27th July 1934, both teams seated and standing in rows, the Gentlemen players in cricket attire, the Players wearing blazers. The Gentlemen team features Wyatt (captain), Valentine, Walters, Allen, Turnbull, Levett, Holmes, Melville, Brown , Human and Baxter. For the Players, Hendren (captain), Hammond, Sutcliffe, Leyland, T.B. Mitchell, Ames, Verity, Smith, Nichols, A. Mitchell and O'Connor. Both photographs measure approx. 11"x9.25".
