Sir John Froissart's Chronicles of England, France, Spain and the Adjoining Countries.... London: Longman, Hurst, Rees, Rome, et al., 1808. 8vo(210 x 130 mm). Third edition thus. Together with: Atlas of plates containing 51 (of 52) copper-engraved etchings for Monstrelet by H. Moses and 57 aquatints for Froissart by J. Harris 4to (275 x 200 mm). Uniformly bound in early full tree calf with elaborate gilt borders and profusely gilt spines by R. Riviere. Front board of volume I cleanly detached, head of spine chipped on volume 10, occasional spotting and foxing, bookplates ("Non novis nascimur") to front pastedowns, otherwise a very attractive set.,
