Each measures 4¾x8, mounted to gray card, with photographer's information printed at bottom margin, the title of the first three rubberstamped or written in pencil at bottom margin.` Charles Wallace Jacob Johnson (1833-1903) was a miner, musician, and photographer. His Monterey photography studio at the old Del Monte resort hotel operated from 1881-1898. He dies in Salinas on January 17, 1903. Lot Amendments Condition: Light finger soiling to mounts, tiny tear to bottom edge of photograph of Spanish mission; each with the name EB Kimball in pencil on verso; very good or better.
